Stormtroopercity.com is operated by Stormtrooper City team which consists of individuals living in England and external help for sending from Australia and Asia sharing an interest in Star Wars and particularily Stormtroopers. Personal data The personal data you give us will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfillment. We are NOT selling or renting the data of our clients to a third-party! For data removal or modification requests, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do NOT store nor access your credit or debit card information at any time. The credit or debit cards of our clients will be debited when they make the order as we use Paypal.
Email newsletter If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about our products or services. We DO NOT disclose your personal data! (We hate it when people do that as much as you!) Just click Unsubscribe from the newsletter or send us an email if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.
3. Product information
Shipping methods : All orders will be send from England via Parcel Force or another safe delivery service. We exceptionally keep the right to send the goods from another location through their official postal services depending on stock distribution and needs.
Delivery time : Once ordered, the product should arrive within 5 to 7 working days in Europe and 10 to 15 working days in Asia. We DO NOT send orders to the USA. A tracking number will be provided for international delivery that would take more than 5 days.
Shipping prices : At the moment, we offer FREE international shipping in Europe. In case we change our shipping fees, we’ll add an automatic calculator on the product basket so that you would know how much you would be charged before you checkout with us.
Restrictions of sale There are no restrictions of sale as long as you are the legal age to order goods or if your country as specific rules which could apply. We would not be held responsible if it was the case as we can’t know all rules and regulations of all countries.
4. Cancellation policy, returns and refunds
We have a 14 Day returns policy on unworn items. If you’re unhappy with what you receive, send us first an email and then, if we couldn’t answer your concerns in a satisfactory manner, send us back the product complete and unworn nor assembled within 14 days from the day you received it and we’ll refund you, the total amount paid minus any fees Payment solutions may ask, within the week we get it back (Additional time from ePayment solutions like Paypal may occur). For refund and returns, the shipping costs and additional fees from ePayment solutions is paid by the customer and deducted from the refund directly by the ePayment solution.
If a part is damaged during transportation, we will send you the new part free of charge once you sent us back the damaged part (Please send us an email withing 14 days at email@example.com and ask us to provide you the closest address to where you live for the returned part). In case a product has a missing part (we too make mistakes sometimes ;) we would send you the missing part free of charge with our apologies within a week (Delivery time as seen above added). Please double-check the inside of the box before declaring a missing part as some parts are in the inside of bigger parts to protect them during delivery.
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details of this site firstname.lastname@example.org. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or 10 days after the date of posting of any letter. In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.
Please contact us if any issue was to arise. We would do our best to answer your concerns in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours.
